Ingredients

    1.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    1.0 cup Beans, red kidney
    16.0 oz Beef, ground, 80% lean meat / 20% fat, patty, cooked, broiled [hamburger, ground round]
    1.0 tsp chilli spice
    2.0 tbsp yellow onion

Directions

Saute yellow onion till clear. Add hamburger and brown. Add chilli seasoning to taste.Drain. Empty cans of beans' and tomatoes into hamburger. Heat thoroughly. Serv with taco chips. Serving Size: 1 cup. Makes about 6 servings.

    I couldn't figure out how to show nutrition for just one serving. Divide by 4 or 6 whichever you get out of it. It's about 250 cal a serving with 6 servings. - 1/7/17
