    3 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.5 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    0.25 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend (optional)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp baking powder

Tips

Stab with toothpick, if it comes out clean they're done.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Thoroughly mix wet ingredients. Mix them together, then add the cheese.

Spray muffin tin. Bake 10-12 mins at 400º
