Ingredients

3 oz Boar's Head - Virginia Ham
0.25 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
.25 cup Brussels sprouts, cooked
.5 serving Bacon - Applegate Farms Natural Sunday Bacon
12 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Line muffin tin (12 count) with slice of ham per muffin. Sprinkle a pinch of cheese at the bottom of each.
In separate pan, fry up one slice bacon (diced). Once browned, add 1/4 cup shredded Brussels sprouts, salt, and pepper. Once cooked down, add 1 tsp lemon juice. Cook 2 minutes.
Add spoon full of Brussels mixture to each muffin. Crack one medium egg on top of each muffin. Add dash salt to each.
Bake 400 degrees for 15 minutes
