    350 grams Cauliflower, raw
    3 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    50 grams Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
    10 grams Flour, whole grain
    1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1 small Onions, raw
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 egg (optional but reccomended!)20 grams Wheat bran, crude


You can also serve them as meatballs/burgers!


Steam the cauliflower. Put in the food processor and drain VERY WELL. Add the onion and blend for 10 seconds. Remove and put in a large bowl. Mix the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for one hour. Preheat oven at 200 and bake on parchment paper for 15 min. Flip, put toppings of choice and bake until toppings are baked.

Serving Size: 4 slices of pizza - one 20-25 inch pizza
