Ingredients

    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    0.0 Grams Pepper, red or cayenne
    0.5 tsp Salt
    0.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    4.0 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
    1.0 clove Garlic
    0.5 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw
    1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
    15.0 Grams Cilantro, raw

Directions

Steam about 1 pound of chopped broccoli till tender. Drain and cool. Chop scallion and 1/4 cup fresh cilantro. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender, adding 1-2 T water if needed for blending. Season to taste. (Optional 1 deseeded jalapeno pepper can be added) Serving Size: Makes 8 -1/4 cup servings
