    28.0 oz Reggano Marinara
    1.0 cup Seasons Choice Whole Kernel Corn
    3.5 cup Simply Nature Black Beans
    1.0 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    1.0 tsp Minced Garlic in water
