Ingredients

    1 tbsp duck fat
    2 chicken livers
    1 tsp ground turmeric
    1 clove garlic
    1 c frozen spinach, cooked
    3/4 c 7-grain blend (I used Dunya blend), cooked


Tips

You can pre-cook the 7-grain mix if you plan on eating it a few days in a row.


Directions

1. Cook spinach as per microwave directions.
2. Chop chicken livers and mince garlic.
3. Coat chicken livers in tumeric and garlic.
4. Melt duck fat over medium heat.
5. Cook chicken livers.
6. Mix in spinach and 7-grain blend.
7. Heat through and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 1 1/2 cups.
