Ingredients

    3.5 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)
    3.5 cup Beans, red kidney
    3.5 cup Low Na+ V8 Original (5.5oz/163g, 0.69C)
    2 tbsp Onion powder
    2 tbsp Chili powder
    2 tbsp Cumin seed
    2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper - Ground (by LESLIEB33)
    2 tbsp Paprika
    24 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef

Tips

Stir chili occasionally during cooking process. Add/subtract spices and amounts to taste. This is very low sodium, so if you like a little salt on your chili, you'll have to add it yourself. Add a sprinkle of cheese and/or some low fat/fat free sour cream to taste, but don't forget to add the calories to your Food Tracker!

Brown 93% lean ground beef. Rinse beans and tomatoes free of chemicals and sodium in a colander. Add 3.5 cups (5 small 5.5oz cans of low Na+) V8 Juice, tomatoes, beans and ground beef to crockpot. Cook on lower for 4-6 hours or until
