Ingredients

    .5 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 dash Salt
    .5 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 cup Milk, 1%

Tips

If the batter is too thick for your taste, add an extra splash of milk to thin out. Can substitute other milks in its place, but that will change the nutritional information of the recipe.


Directions

In a high power blender, blend oats into oat flour. Add oat flour, egg, milk, salt, and baking powder together in a bowl. Add cinnamon (optional). Using a quarter cup measure, pour batter onto a hot, non-stick griddle or pan. Flip when bubbles form on top and underside is golden brown. Yield 4 pancakes per batch.
