9.0 oz delallo pappardelle pasta
2.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
1.0 cup slices Carrots, cooked
1.0 cup, diced Celery, cooked
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
4 cup Swanson Unsalted Chicken Cooking Stock (by MUSTANGLAURIE66)
4 tsp better than bullion Chicken, reduced sodium (by SWEETSCOTCH)
i suggest you cook chicken in crockpot along with diced veggies and seasoning till done. About 4 hours on high. Cool. remove chicken and debone. Place broth and veggies in a container and once cooled refrigerate for a day, then skim off any fat. dice up chicken and proceed to prepare pasta. once pasta is cooked drain. Add broth, chicken and pasta to pan and heat til all are warmed through. Serve with bread to soak up the delicious broth. Note for stronger broth add additional bullion concentrate.
In large pot cook pasta per package directions.
Once cooked, add chicken and veggies in broth. Heat until all are heated thru.
Makes 16 cups. Serving Size: 1 cup
