Ingredients

    2 tbsp Coconut Secret Raw Coconut Flour (by GFERBER)
    2 large Egg white, fresh
    1 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    5 gram(s) (myprotein) pea protein isolate (by RITSON71)
    30 mL Buttermilk, lowfat
    1 serving Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute [1 packet]
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice

Tips

The recipe is very versatile. You can replace protein powder with whey and coconut flour with oat flour. Also, you can replace buttermilk with lite coconut milk and pea protein with more coconut flour and greek yogurt with banana or applesauce for a strictly paleo breakfast!


Directions

In a bowl, add egg white, milk, and yogurt. Beat until well combined. Add in flours and spices. read it until thin, and then turn down the heat.
Use a good non-stick pan. Pour batter and cook for 2-3 min from each side. Serve hot.
