Introduction

A healthy end to a meal or snack, these chocolate coconut oil fat bombs are a great addition to a ketogenic diet. A healthy end to a meal or snack, these chocolate coconut oil fat bombs are a great addition to a ketogenic diet.
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    1 cup Coconut Oil
    .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 tsp Splenda
    1 dash Salt

Directions

1. Process all the ingredients together in a food processor until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into ice cub trays or silicone molds and freeze.
3. Once frozen, pop the coconut oil fat bombs out of the molds and store them in a freezer zip lock or jar. Enjoy!
