Introduction

Basic Italian coleslaw recipe the way my Nonna used to make it. Basic Italian coleslaw recipe the way my Nonna used to make it.

Ingredients

    1 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 dash Salt

Tips

You could add a small boiled potato to it. Great to have along a piece of steak of fish for dinner. Great also with a tin of Salmon or Sardines or other cold meat for lunch.


Directions

Very finely shred 1 cup of cabbage, chop the onion, crush 1 clove of garlic. Mix together in a bowl. Add pepper and Himalayian Sea Salt, Olive oil and Apple Cider vinegar and mix well.
