Ingredients

    0.5 tsp Konjac Root Glucommannan 100% pure powder
    1 scoop Amazing Grass Green SuperFood- Original flavor
    2 cups Spinach, fresh
    10 Almonds
    1 cup SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened
    2 Brazil Nut

Tips

If you haven't tried Konjac root and you struggle with feeling hungry, give it a shot! But, because this recipe has Konjac powder in it, you should drink it immediately! Otherwise you'll end up with green jello! I usually make up a batch for the whole week, minus the konjac powder and store in mason jars in the fridge. When I'm ready to drink it, I just stir in the konjac root.


Directions

Place the spinach, almonds, brazil nuts, and coconut milk into the blender first.
Blend until pureed.
Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
