Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.125 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    0.33 cup Great Value Greek Plain Nonfat yogurt 1cup/227g=1 serv

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
2. Mix egg whites & Cream of Tartar on high speed until stiff peaks form
3. Mix egg yolks& creak yogurt (can substitute with 3T Cream Cheese) until well combined.
4. Fold 1 c.of egg whites into yolks.
5. Add remaining whites and fold until combined.
6. Line pan with parchment paperand divide eggmixtrue into 6 equal portions
7. Spread until about 1/2" thick
8. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
9. Immediately move to a wire rack and cool for over 1 hour.
10. Refrigerate in a sealed container.
