Ingredients

    5 large Egg white, fresh
    2 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    0.2 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    2 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
    10 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams)
    3 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
    1 tsp Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat

Tips

Add some green salad and eat the whole thing as a full dinner


Directions

Mix egg whites, psyllium and buttermilk. Heat a very good non-stick pie. You may need to spray it with some oil. Pour half the mixture. When slightly dry flip and cook for one more minute. Remove and put on a clean towel. Add remaining butter. Repeat.

Saute chicken in some water. Add mushrooms and peppers and stir until cooked. Spice to taste.

Take a pan that is about the diameter of your crepes. Mix cottage cheese, whey and spices. Blend until smooth. Add some buttermilk. Add it to the chicken mixture. Pour 1/3 of the mixture on the pan. Add one wrap. Add another 1/3 of the mixture. Top with wrap. Add remaining butter. Mix greek yogurt with cheese. Spread on top. Bake for 15-20 min at 180. Serve immediately
