Ingredients

4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 tsp Salt
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Pour buttermilk in a large bowl and mix in 1 teaspoon of salt.
3) Combine panko, parmesan cheese, remaining salt, and pepper in a bowl. Once combined, pour the mixture onto a large plate.
4) Soak chicken thighs in the buttermilk for 10-15 minutes.
5) Dredge each chicken thigh on each side in the panko parmesan mixture, and place on a baking sheet.
6) Place baking sheet with all chicken thighs onto a middle rack in the preheated oven.
7) Bake for 45-60 minutes until juices run clear when poked with a fork.
