Ingredients

    32 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts (Raw Shelled Hemp Seeds)
    1 cup Pepitas (Pumkin Seed Kernals)
    32 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    1 cup Sesame Seeds
    1 cup, whole Almonds
    16 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)

Tips

Add tbsp coconut oil to each serving to bump up the fat content if desired. I keep the dry ingredients premixed in the fridge, then scoop out 2 scoops each morning (I use a scoop that I got with a tub of protein powder - works out to just over half a cup for 2 scoops).


Directions

Serve by heating up with sufficient liquid of your choice (water, soymilk, almond milk, regular milk, cream...) to cover. Add dash of vanilla at end if desired.
