    6.0 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    8.0 oz Gouda Cheese
    8.0 oz Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    16.0 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 49g

Directions
