Ingredients

    *Pork, fresh, loin, top loin (chops), boneless, separable lean and fat, raw, 1 lb (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup (remove)
    Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Preparation
1. Sprinkle pork chops evenly with salt and pepper.
2. Stir together 1/2 cup breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients in a large shallow baking dish.

3. Dredge pork chops in breadcrumb mixture.

4. Cook chops in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until done.
