    Krusteaz- Wheat & Honey Pancake Mix, serving 3-4in cakes, 2 serving (remove)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup (remove)
    *Silk, Light Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup (remove)

Directions

mix all ingredients into batter. spray non-stick spray on skillet. makes 4 good sized cakes (2 per serving) flip when golden and top with apple butter, apricot jam, butter and syrup or whip cream! yummo!
