    4 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    4 serving Egg white, large
    1 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
    1 tbsp Home Brand Custard Powder (by LADYPIIXEL)
    10 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    50 grams Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    10 grams Raisins

Directions

Mix flours, guar gum and protein powder. Add 2 egg whites and 1 tbsp greek yogurt. Sweeten and spice to taste. Mix all. Put in a pie mold and bake for 10 min at 180. While it is baking, heat some water in a saucepan. Add raisins. Saute apples until a bit but not too soft. Mix the remaining yogurt and half the juice of the lemon. Remove apples and raisins. Add the remaining lemon juice. Sweeten. Whisk the egg whites. Add the yogurt. Mix the custard powder with the milk. Incorporate in the yogurt mixture. remove the pie crust from oven. Put some of your apple mix on top, then pour yogurt mixture and top with the remaing apples. Bake for 20-25 min. Allow to cool and refrigerate before serving

Serving Size: 4 large pieces- use a spring 8 inch round form
