Ingredients

    3 serving Ham, Hormel, 97% fat free, Natural Choice 100% Natural, Smoked Deli Ham (4 slices=1 serving)
    12 serving Egg white, large
    .5 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Press 1 slice of ham into each muffin cup to form a cup (I used a small drinking glass to press in place). Sprinkle 1/12 of the 1/2 cup of cheese into each ham cup. Crack one egg into each ham cup. Sprink with salt & pepper if desired. Bake for 15 minutes. Great served hot or cold. :)
