Ingredients

    150.0 Grams Biscuit, plain or buttermilk
    200.0 Grams Light Whipping Cream
    400.0 Grams Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    30.0 Grams Butter, unsalted
    2.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    5.0 tbsp Milk, 3.25%

Directions

Cook strawberries with sugar. Whipe cream. Mix butter and milk with biscuites. In the small glass put biscuites whipped cream and top with stawberries. Cool and serve.
