Ingredients

    12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    3.0 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
    3.0 serving Bacon, Wellshire, Turkey Peppered, All Natural Uncured Turkey Bacon (1 slice)

Directions

Chopped up your turkey bacon, onions, green peppers. Scrambled eggs in a large bowl. Add ingredients to scrambled eggs. Use a square baking dish. Coat the baking dish with Pam. Pour your eggs into the baking dish and cook in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven once it's done. Then cut into 16 pieces.ok Serving Size: Makes 16 omlette squares
