    2 beet (2" dia) Beets, fresh
    0.25 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    1 serving Rice a Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice-1 cup
    1.25 cup Ancent Harvest's Quinoa, Traditional, Organic (1/4 cup dry / 46 grams)
    2.5 cup Swanson Chicken Fat Free Chicken Broth Less Sodium
    0.5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (by JULIE1933)
    6 fl oz Orange Juice
    1 cup Broccoli - chopped - frozen

Directions
