Introduction

Ingredients

    25 medium (3/4" to 1" dia) Radishes
    2 tsp Onion powder
    2 tsp Paprika
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    3 cups Beef Broth
    1 tsp Pepper, Black, Coarse Ground - 1 tsp ggg
    2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt Fine Ground
    4 Bay leaves dried
    0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8 Shitake Mushrooms (144 grams)
    4 lbs. Boneless Stewing Beef--choice chuck

Tips

Adding onion powder will enhance flavor will not add an appreciable amount of carbs but will add flavor.


Directions

Crock Pot: place chopped coarsely diced meat into crock pot. Add flour, salt, pepper, and paprika and stir to coat all the meat. Add all other ingredients and cover. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Stir before serving.

Serving Size: makes 10.4 one-cup servings
