Ingredients

    650 gram(s) *VEGETABLES (JARRED) - Kimchi, Spicy (Korean Marinated Cabbage) - King's (2oz/56g) (About 12 oz)
    1 large Onion, raw
    47 oz Pork Ribs, country style
    2 tbsp Sesame Oil

Tips

This is a great way to use up old or "sour" kimchi. The sour kimchi and pork make magic together, tasting amazing!


Directions

Put 2 T of sesame oil in large skillet, preferably non-stick over med hi heat. Add cut up ribs, including bones if wanted. Cut up large onion on top of ribs. Add a generous topping of sour kimchi over the ribs. Add 1/2 c. water. Bring to simmer, then lower to med or med lo. Cook about 1 hour till ribs fall off bone.
