Introduction

Quick and easy way to consume some of your daily fruit and vegetables. High fiber, low fat, low calorie, and high in alkaline. Quick and easy way to consume some of your daily fruit and vegetables. High fiber, low fat, low calorie, and high in alkaline.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup of raw Spinach leaves
    1/2 peeled and chopped Cucumber
    2-3 leaves Romaine lettuce chopped
    1 stalk Celery chopped
    1 banana sliced
    1/2 tsp. Lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
    Enough water to cover half way up blender

Directions

In blender, combine all ingredients.
Mix VERY well!
If necessary add more water
Note: you may also add 1/2 peeled, chopped apple.
You may substitute banana for either:
1 cup chopped cantalope
1/2 pint blueberries (great anti oxident)
handful clean strawberries
Makes 2 8 oz. servings.

Great for fast breakfast, lunch or energy snack!
