Ingredients

7 cup canned diced tomatoes ( 58 oz)
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
6 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tbsp vegetable oil (or olive oil can be used)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
Tips
May adjust salt and garlic to personal preference.
Directions
Cook on stove top or put in crock pot and cook about 8 hours on low.*
If a smooth sauce is desired, let cool and put in processor. Reheat,
*I prefer to use crock pot.
