Ingredients

19 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
.25 tsp Salt
.5 tsp Pepper, black
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil
3 cup broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded
2 tsp Garlic
1.5 tbsp Stevia
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp White Vinegar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
.5 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Directions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and season with the salt and pepper, and 1/2 onion powder.
White the meat is browning, combing hot sauce, soy sauce, sweetener, vinegar and ginger.
Remove the beef from the pan and set aside
Drain off the fat
Heat up the sesame oil and sauté the garlic, onions powder and cabbage until cabbage is cooked to desired tenderness.
Stir in the sauce
Add the ground beef back in and mix well to combine.
Serving Size: makes 3 servings
