Ingredients

7 serving Bard Valley Medjool Dates (2 dates)
1 cup Oats, Quaker
2 tbsp Toaosted Carob powder (by ROSES8)
2 tbsp Toasted Carob powder (by ROSES8)
13 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
1/2 C hot water to thin the date paste if needed
Tips
I dusted mine using the "shake n bake" method.
I like them with tea or coffee, after dinner or even at breakfast.

Directions
Grind Oats to flour,
Puree dates, add hot water as needed to make a paste
In a bowl, combine oats, 2TB carob powder, chia seeds and date paste.
Using a small meatballer, make 20 balls and dust in the remaining 2TB carob powder.
Chill.
Serving Size: Makes 20 balls
