Ingredients

    16.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Corn Flakes Cereal
    0.75 cup vegetable stock
    0.1 cup Tomato Paste
    2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
    3.0 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
    1.5 individual packet Granulated Sugar
    0.1 cup Corn Starch

Directions

Dip chicken into flour, then egg, then crushed corn flakes. Bake at 450 for ten minutes or until chicken is cooked. Meanwhile combine vegetable stock, tomato paste, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar and sugar in a pot and bring it to a boil. Add water and corn starch (2 tablespoons each) to thicken up sauce. Bring to boil. Take chicken out and toss it with the sauce and serve.
