Ingredients

    0.5 breast, bone removed Turkey breast meat and skin (roasted)
    3 carrot Carrots, cooked
    4 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    0.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    5 oz BelGioioso Cheese - Mozarella Fresh Pearls
    2 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked
    1 cup Peas, frozen
    1 large Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Rosemary

Directions

really the only thing you need to prep are the dumplings, everything else just gets thrown in a crock pot and cooked on low for 8 hours.
I make and add my dumplings at about the 2 hour mark. I am still working on a recipe for better dough but at this time it consists simply of flour, egg, salt and panko crumbs. make a ball, flatten it out, fold it around a cheese pearl and you have cheese stuffed dumplings and they are super delicious!

Serving Size: makes 10ish cup and a half or so servings
