Ingredients

    907.1 grams Zucchini
    8 tbsp Butter - Country Crock plus Calcium
    2.5 tsp Garlic, Minced, Fresh, Spice World (by MZTRACY)
    1 cup Kroger Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce ( 1/4 cup / 62g) (by KEVINO1)
    8 serving Private Selection Basil Pesto Alfredo (1/4 cup) (by MWILKERSON12)
    16 oz Butterball Carved Chicken Breast Strips Fully Cooked / Skinless Grilled (thawed)
    2 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Directions

1. Wash and dry the zucchini. Use a spirilizer to turn the zucchini into noodles!
2. Melt butter over medium heat in sauce pan. Add zucchini noodles and cook until tender (about 3-5 minutes). Set aside. (I used a colander over a bowl so the excess butter would drain away.)
3. Toss the minced garlic in the pan and saute for about one minute. Then add in the grilled chicken strips. Cooked until chicken strips are hot.
4. Slowly add in Alfredo sauces. This can be done to your liking. Add a lot for a really creamy pasta or not as much for a thinner pasta.
5. Add in mozzarella cheese and stir until melted. Add in zucchini noodles and toss until coated.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
