Ingredients

    18 oz Broccoli Green Giant Broccoli Spears
    100 grams Lentils
    1 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    400 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes
    10 oz Pasta, Barilla Cellentani

Tips

Very basic Mediterrean Diet Style Soup


Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion, carrots and celery. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened
Add cauliflower and cook for 8 minutes or until tender.
Add 1 liter of water, tomatoes and lentils, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes or until lentils are cooked.
Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes.
Serve 4 in 1 cup
