Ingredients

    DRESSING
    2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/4 cup Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Orange juice, fresh squeezed
    2 tbsp Honey
    Salt & Pepper

    SALAD
    1 lb Brussels sprouts, fresh cut in half and thinnly sliced
    3/4 cup, chopped Pecans
    2 cups cooked Quinoa
    1 cup Dried Cranberries
    12 oz Chicken Breast, Boneless Grilled and chopped

Directions

TO MAKE THE SALAD: Toss all ingredients together until combined. TO MAKE THE ORANGE VINAIGRETTE: Whisk all ingredients together until combined. Serving Size: 5 servings
