Ingredients

    16.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
    2.0 portion, amount of dry mix to make 8 fl oz prepared Beef bouillon
    2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.0 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh
    6.0 oz Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat

Directions

Start by Browning the ground beef and onions in a small frying pan Coarsely chop the cabbage, and place it in a 9 by 13 casserole dish that has been lightly sprayed with low fat cooking spray. Sprinkle the dry rice, and the ground beef mixture over the top of the cabbage. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl saving the cheese for the last 10 minutes of baking. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour and a half. Remove the foil add the cheese and cook until the cheese has melted. Enjoy
