    1.0 cup slices Carrots, cooked
    2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 cup Baked Potato (baked potatoes)
    1.0 sweetpotato, 5" long Sweet potato
    2.0 cup, cubes Butternut Squash
    6.0 oz Beef, t-bone steak
    1.0 cup Beef stock, home-prepared
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 serving Sugar Snap Peas, Raw ` edible-podded, raw [Snowpeas, Sugar snap peas] 10 pea pods 34g

Directions

I used all left overs and make for 45 min to 1 hour at 350. Serving Size: Makes big casserole
