Ingredients

16 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
1 cup Zucchini - Steamed or raw
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    2 serving Cellery, Raw -1 Stalk, large (11" - 12" long) (64g)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 tsp Great Value Minced Garlic (by LIALEXA)
Seasonings (pink salt, pepper or any others)

Tips

I let cool, then store in a ziploc bag. I split, 1 patty, microwave and spread with half a laughing cow triangle. You can also use these to make meatballs in your other dishes. If the mix doesn't stick together add another egg. It says chop, but minced or graded ingredients work best. I wet chop and strain in a vitamix

Directions

Cook in frying pan or grill till done, or Sear on both sides then add water and steam.
