    6 tsp Granulated Sugar (1/8 c.)
    6 tsp Heinz White Wine Vinegar (by AUALIBRA) (2 T)
    1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    2 clove Garlic
    5 gram(s) Korean Beef Soup Stock (dashida) 1 TBSP=11 g
    1 tsp salt, regular

Directions

Shredd radish. Sprinkle salt on and toss together. Let sit in colander 5 min. Squeeze out excess water. Add rest of ingredients. Best the first two days, if you can make it last that long!
