Ingredients

    360 grams Flaxseed - 2c
    150 grams Sesame Seeds - 1c
    125 grams Walnuts - 1c
    125 grams Pecans - 1c
    125 grams Sunflower Seeds - 1c
    160 grams Pumpkin Seeds (pepitas) - 1c
    160 grams Almonds - 1c
    50 grams Coconut, shredded - 1c
    Cinnamon
    Nutmeg
    Pumpkin pie spice

    All ingredients raw and unsweetened

Directions

Soak flaxseed in water for 30 minutes and season to taste with cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix all ingredients well. Spread on parchment paper and press to 0.5cm thickness. Bake at 350F (175C) for one hour, or until toasty brown. Turn after 40 minutes to ensure even baking.

Serving Size: Makes large box of granola, approximately 56 servings of 1/4c (20g)
