Ingredients

1 cup Stewed Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Sauce
0.25 cup Tomato Paste
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
3 clove Garlic
1 serving Chili Sauce: Heinz, Chili Sauce (by SONNYG1)
1 tbsp Heinz 57 Sauce
1 tbsp HP Sauce (Original Steak Sauce) (by RUSTYKINS)
16 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles (15 noodles)
2 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Nonfat
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
135 grams Salami, Beef (12 slices)
10 oz Cheese, Mozarella, Low Moist/Part Skim (Lucerne)
Tips
You can use the cheeses you want and make the sauce you like.
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Sauce:
Dice the onion and celery. Put all the ingredients, until the pasta, into a bowl and put through the food processor.
Lasagna:
Cook the lasagna noodles. Put some sauce on the bottom of your lasagna dish so it won't stick. Add 3 lasagna noodles. Put more sace, add 3 more noodles. Mix the cottage cheese and egg together. Add to the dish evenly over the lasagna noodles. Mix in a bit of sauce. Add 3 more lasagna noodles. Add sauce, add the salami and then more sauce. Add 3 more noodles. Add more sauce and 3 more noodles. Add the rest of the sauce. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Cook for 40 min in the oven.
