Ingredients

    2 cup Chicken Broth
    1 lb. Parsnips
    3 Tbsp Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft)
    ginger
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic

Directions

Boil parsnips in chicken broth until fork tender. Puree in food processor and add margarine to add creaminess.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 4 oz servings
