Ingredients

    1130 grams Cabbage, fresh
    1 large Onions, raw
    1.5 tbsp Sesame Oil
    1.5 tbsp Ginger, ground
    4 clove Garlic
    1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 Apples, fresh with skin
    3 tbsp Dill Pickle juice (by JOTERESA)
    3 tbsp San-J Organic Tamari Wheat Free Soy Sauce (by DOTSLADY)

Tips

You can sub pickle juice w/ vinegar or lemon juice. I use the pickle juice or lemon juice to cut the cabbage smell. The apples make it sweeter.


Directions

Chop up veggies and apple.
Add sesame oil and garlic to pan and let brown.
Add veggies and apple, pickle juice, ginger powder and soy sauce.

Serving Size: Makes 8-10 large cups
