These are absolutely wonderful. I recommend taking the bacon out of the fridge early to help it stretch easier when wrapping, but you don't want it warm. These are absolutely wonderful. Ingredients

    1.0 tbsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tbsp Salt
    2.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 large Onions, raw
    21.3 oz Ground beef, lean
    18.0 serving Bacon, Kirkland, Pound=9 servings

Directions

Slice onions about 3/4 an inch thick. Mix seasonings and hamburger together. Take every other ring to make onion ring pairs. Stuff hamburger mixture between rings, then wrap with 2 to 2.5 slices of bacon. Bake at 400 degrees for approximately 30 minutes and then drain the grease from the pan and flip the rings over. Bake another 30 to 40 minutes or until crispy. Serving Size: 1 ring

    I found this recipe on YouTube. Delicious. The rings freeze well raw for baking at a later time. Serving size is one, but you will want two or three! - 3/18/17
