    17 serving Kellog's All Bran Original Ceral (by PLAYINGOUTDOORS)
    1.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    16 tbsp Shortening, Crisco
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 quart Buttermilk, lowfat
    5 cup Flour, white
    1 tsp Salt
    5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 cup Molasses


Batter can be frozen, but mine never last that long.


Soak 2 cups of All-Bran in 2 cups of boiling water. Mix sugar, molasses and crisco until blended. Add soaked egss, buttermilk, and All-Bran into sugar mixture. Slowly mix flour, salt, and baking soda into mixture. Store in sealed containers in refrigerator until use. Taste best after storage. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until toothpick pulls out clean. Makes about 4 dozen.
