Ingredients

    FOR DOUGH
3/4 Cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
    1 oz Cream Cheese
    1 medium per egg
1.50 cup Food Lion Natural Shredded Low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella Cheese
    Italian seasoning
    Garlic

    TOPPING
1/4 cup Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, Traditional
1/2 cup Food Lion Natural Shredded Low-moisture part-skim Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

In a glass bowl add 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella and 1 ounce of cream cheese. Melt in microwave for about 1 minute. You may need to do it for an additional 40 secs if it is still stringy.

Add in 1 beaten egg to that mixture and mix well. Add your seasonings like Italian seasonings, garlic and a pinch of salt. Now add the almond flour and mix together so that it forms a ball.

Take a piece of parchment paper and lay it on the pan. Noe spread the dough out. Lay another piece of parchment over it and begin rolling the dough out until it covers the entire pan. Once it does bake in the oven at 425 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Occasionally check on the dough and pierce any bubbles with a knife. When it looks like and toasty take out of oven.

Add sauce and 1/2 cheese and bake an additional 2-3 minutes. All you need to do is melt the cheese as the dough has already been cooked.

You can add additional toppings but the toppings must be precooked and you must add in the additional calories per piece.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (I use a 10 x 13 pan)

    Good
This was very good! We used our pizza stone and made the pizza round. Also, we make our own low sodium tomato sauce with herbs. Pricked the dough before baking. Added other toppings. Used a large egg. - 5/27/20
