Ingredients

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage, Ground
1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice
1 tbsp garlic, minced in a jar, Great Value
4 tbsp Basil
1/2 tsp Oregano, ground
1/2 tsp paprika, smoked
1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, Do not drain.
2 cup, Zucchini, diced
2 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with olive oil spray. Set aside.
Heat a large skillet to medium high heat. Add olive oil and ground turkey. Cook until meat begins to brown.
Add onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes until onions begin to soften and garlic is fragrant.
Add zucchini and cook 3-4 more minutes until zucchini begins to soften.
Add rice, diced tomatoes, oregano, paprika, basil and ½ of the shredded cheese. Stir until fully combined.
Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and zucchini is done.
