Ingredients

    1.0 tsp Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    4.0 cloves Garlic
    1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2.0 cup, cubes Sweet potato
    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    4.0 cup Little Salad Bar Spinach
    38.4 oz Aldi ground turkey

Directions

1. Brown ground turkey in 2 tbs of olive oil in large skillet. (I use electric skillet) 3. Add seasonings to turkey. 4. Add sweet potatoes. 2. Add peppers, onion, and garlic half through browning of turkey and sweet potatoes. 3. Cook till veggies are transparent and turkey and sweet potatoes are browned. 4. Add spinach. Cover. Cook till spinach is wilted. Stir in wilted spinach. 4. Top with shredded cheese. (Optional, not included in macronutrients) Serving Size: makes 10 servings

    Very Good
    It was quick and easy to make. I cooked my sweet potatoes first to ensure that they'll be tender. And on the rainy day that I made this recipe I had no bell peppers in the fridge so they were not included. But the dish was still delicious. - 3/25/17
